Some nice crappies at Heidecke
I hit Heidecke lake for a few hours after work this evening and fished the eastern shore near the walk-in entrance. I was trying for hybrids using a large fishhouse lures swimbait that has been coined "bass bacon" but to my surprise all I ended up catching were two female white crappie that were full of eggs. Can't complain about that I guess!
